Château de Bagnoles is located in the south of France, in Languedoc, 10 km from the medieval city of Carcassonne. The vineyard is located on the terroir of Clamoux, composed of clay-limestone slopes and gravelly terraces. The terroir is within the AOP Minervois and Cabardès.
Since the 15th century, the Panis-Mialhe family has been passionate about viticulture. Combining respect for traditional values with modernity, refining their farming techniques. In 1996, Jean Panis produced his first vintage.
Vineyards are spread over the town of Bagnoles and divided into two main parts, one in AOC Minervois, the other in IGP Coteaux de Peyriac. Yields are kept very low to obtain maximum concentration of fruit.
